That scream is just immense. Love the drums so much too. I remember loads of the metal heads in the pub I used to work in gong out and buying Come To Daddy on the strength of this track and being totally confused by the rest of the music on the EP. One said me "it's not music, it's just a load of beeps and noises" lol
I saw it as a huge two fingers to what The Prodigy (the "dance" band that metal heads were allowed to like haha) were doing this era (Firestarter etc.).
I also like the Dillinger Ecape plan & Mike Patton cover of this one too. Patton pulled the scream off really well.

I rate it two fingers and a big long angry scream.

I like the more rhythmic side of James' work just as much as his melodious side, and both kind of rear their heads in this one. It's a great track for sure, but at times feels a little overlong? That's my main problem with a lot of "IDM" tracks, they extend themselves for 5-6 minutes without truly providing enough meat to sustain themselves. Despite that, my submission is;

Pitcard is tight 7/10. I get bored with it towards the halfway point. but the buildup reminds me of playing sonic the hedgehog.

7/10 I've always felt this track was a tad overrated: nice reverb on the synth and I like how the melody modulates, but the looping break is pretty forgettable for me. Taken in context this was well ahead of its time in 1992.
