I figured out what Geogaddi really means.

So, the prefix "Geo" relates to the earth. The word "gaddi" is "a cushion for a prince to sit on in India".
So, the real name of the album is "Princes Have The Right to Earthcushions".

MDG isn't going to answer something intentionally mysterious. He's not like someone who gives away how magic tricks are done at a kids' party (at least... I don't think he is).
I never heard the whole cushion thing before, but my favourite reading has always related to the earth 'nomad' element. I'm sure there's some info on that on the Bocpages (I think the 'di' part was interpreted once as some kind of reference to some kinda nomadic lifestyle). This also seems to tie in with apocalyptic notions, and notions of 'collapse' etc.
