First version of Aquarius is on the 45 single with Chinook. Here:

Second version of Aquarius is what's on Music Has the Right to Children. No idea about the second version of Olson.

It probably sounds just as amazing as Olson on Music Has the Right to Children and Peel Session
Perhaps even better

I kind of wonder if Version 2 exists at all. Like maybe they just added the Version 3 thing to mess with our heads.

That's possible too. Still messed up to allude to any alternate mixes when they never planned to release them though. Maybe they played it live once and they were like "yep, that's version 2", but no one recorded it...we'll never know.

Good question as it was something I had been wondering also. I always found connections between kid for today and olson (particularly version 3). It almost sounds like a reprise...

Interesting. The synth on Kid For Today sound very much alike Olson (Version 3), as you pointed out. Olson could be a reprise of Kid For Today, since an unfinished version of KFT was made around BoC Maxima before the release of MHTRTC. Though, there is a big chance that this is just a coincidence, but hey, it's BoC, you never know.
