MHTRTC cover art location

Someone found the wall in Banff where the people are standing in the cover art.
The Tomorrow's Harvest Facebook account posted this the other day

someone did similar a while back, not animated, just overlayed. the mountain in the background was just off slightly in the angle i think.
i'm surprised 3-4 fans have not gone there with their kids and tried to re-create it for the fun it!

According to Facebook there are dozens of BoC fans in Calgary, just a few miles away, so maybe we will see one (a recreation) soon. My tumblr post is getting 1000s of views today. Bocpages has reposed it.

We are having our 2nd soon and my wife's cousin just had a little one in Calgary (we live a little north of Calgary) - expect to see a replica in 3-5 years, lol!

It's been a longstanding wish of mine to visit this part of the world to go skiing and mountaineering in the Canadian Rockies. I'll need to take a diversion out to find this spot.

I came to the conclusion that the cover photograph had been inverted/flipped horizontally though (judging from the mountain that appears in the background), in which case the stones in the wall would actually be facing the other way.

Rewatching Twin Peaks at the moment, came across
this and with a chuckle, it reminded me of this thread.
The lengths people go to in the name of fandom. Love it.
