creepy/scary music recommendations?

hi everyone, i'm looking for really creepy/scary music recommendations, i've just had a recent obsession lately with creepy things for some reason and i'd like to listen to more of this stuff, any suggestions?
i'm looking for spooky experimental music, like ambient, drone, noise etc. but honestly i'm open for any and all genres/styles. thanks!

My first suggestion would be to submerge yourself in some Caretaker. (Especially in the Dark)

ahh yesss i've listened to "An empty bliss beyond this World" a lot and i really enjoyed it, i've been meaning to check out the rest of their stuff, thanks for reminding me!

I love his work, I've been haunted ever since hearing it, though moments of beauty shine through.
Have you dived into the works of Coil? Its hard to pick Coil tracks to start someone on a Coil binge. This one has haunted me ever since I heard it when I was a teenager, that phone conversation is quite eerie, and it always makes my hair stand.

Yeah, empty bliss is good stuff. Quite a convincing atmosphere. I can see he was going for the shining there.
Some of aphex is quite unsettling (rubber johnny comes to mind).
So I guess the op is really on a geogaddi roll lately?

jeez that zero kama song is so unsettling...... god, thanks though i really like it. (plus that coil song is pretty interesting also)

yeah i've already listened to some swans, and i like what i've heard so far. this is a pretty nice track to revisit though thanks!

yeah i've been listening to akira's silent hill & silent hill 2 soundtracks for the past few days, they're really really great!

Well there's always some classic Krzysztof Penderecki
Then there's this which I haven't checked out fully yet, but it's definitely some unsettling shit. Been on my list for awhile of things to buy. Recommend reading the description at the bottom; some very interesting stuff.

This is right up my alley. Reminds me of Pye Corner Audio Transcription Services and that Scarfolk blog conceptually.

maybe not entirely "creepy," but I find that lots of múm songs have that sort of dark, demented aesthetic to them.

A good place to start might be to search t'internet for dark ambient.
I bought 'Cold Summer' by Lull recently, which I like -
These are also pretty creepy tracks (in my opinion) (first is a very creepy video as well) that I've randomly come across -
