Some nice songs on there! The songs which he made as a kiddo where he sings are sweet

the µ does show up on the frontpage but turns into M in the header title on this page. That is because there is no capital µ.

Ya last time I checked WATMM someone was saying they're building a package w/everything. I'm not sure if it'll include the images Mike's using for each track. Not sure if I wanna manually encode them myself like I did w/Richard's. Maybe I should just wait and see what happens. Oh by the way Mike's been in there posting w/us too, you should get you some! He's awesomely down to earth still.

I've sent all those unreleased tune in one .zip to a friend using WeTransfer. The download link will be active for two weeks, so here it is, all the unreleased u-zip tracks in one 1.1 gig zip file:

I do wonder if the mass-uploading by Mu-ziq and AFX is all some depressing statement about the devaluation of recorded music. Between them they've created a black hole that swallows up all our attention. If I were to painstakingly listen to everything they're making available I'd never have time to listen to anything else for a month. As it was, I skimmed through a lot of the AFX stuff and downloaded those that caught my ear. I still wasted an entire day doing that though.

I actually hope that BOC don't follow them. One of BOC's great skills is in curating our listening experience. I think this kind of blitz uploading would be completely out of character for them and at odds with their tight control over what we hear and how it's presented. Of course I'd love to hear their unreleased tracks but not like this.

More a clearing of the attic I think. You put stuff up there because its value is sentimental or you think itll be worth something someday but you know that the only way anythings leaving that place is in binbags to a car boot or to the tip.

That said, the contents of someones attic can be fascinating.
