I really admire your effort to try to work out this stuff on your own. Still, those transcriptions look very much like the result of someone trying to work out that stuff on his own.

The first thing you should do is start using key signatures. Having all those redundant accidentals on the sheet makes reading very difficult, and gets in the way of what the transcription is trying to say (It makes sense to have all those symbols in atonal music, but the pieces you transcribed are very clearly tonal) (Also, there's something oddly grating about writing in G-sharp instead of A-flat).
Second, you have to pay close attention to the rhythm of the pieces. I don't know which software you're using to write, but it's useful to playback the score as you're writing it; it's likely that most of those mistakes wouldn't be there. Melissa Juice is the most evident example; just the fact that you have rests in the two melodies, when there are clearly no rests in the recording, shows there's something wrong; also, the first four notes of every "cycle" in the bass line all have the same length, yet you have two quarter-notes and three eight-notes. Over the Horizon Radar also has some issues; the bass line in that song moves entirely in whole notes, while the melody has some syncopations that the transcription doesn't show.
I'm pretty sure you can work out those issues yourself if you listen to your transcriptions and then the original recordings, even if you have to count out loud or use hand gestures to figure out the time signature. Getting the pitches right is trickier to some people than to others, but you gotta use your ears too. Just keep at it.
