Sublime. Just stunning. First thing I've heard from Mike Patton in years too. Totally switched off but this is wonderful.

It's pretty bad in my opinion. Doesn't really feel like BoC, and the vocals are sometimes edited in a way that they sound like these shitty "Symphony of Science" videos. Oh well.

Not my favorite, sorry to say. I about wet myself when I saw the headline, though. It's pretty chill, but it leaves me wanting more BoC and less vocals.

Happy to see they're staying active, though!

And here they said they weren't doing any more remixes unless it was Beck or God. Not exactly how I expected their silence-breaking return to sound, but pretty great nonetheless!

Another Beck remix would been much more enjoyable, in my opinion

Only listened to it twice so far, but I'm loving it!! Not their best remix, but also not their worst. For me, it takes all the best elements of TH-era sound (80's synths, arpeggiated synth rhythms, really hazy soundscapes), and combines it with really beats. One thing that interests me is how similar it is to their sound in 2013. They usually don't stay on a sound or concept for this long. Being BoC, this requires many more listens to unlock its secrets, but so far I like what I hear!

Great news!! But honestly I don't really like it..

They're not telling us how to get this remix on the preorder site though, are they? Hoping it isn't vinyl exclusive again like the Why? remix.

Not a fan of the song at all, but glad to see some new stuff from them and that most others seem to like it

I really like this. That tremolo/gate synth is so nice. Who cares if it borrows elements from Tomorrow's Harvest though? All of their music and albums borrow elements from their other albums. Don't look at it as a cop out, I think it fits really nicely in the mix.

And yeah, the hit at 2:00 is aces. A nice remix, nothing mind-blowing, but new BoC synths always tickles the pickle.
