That 'Like' was by the administrators of the BOC account. Or is this already old news? (not been around for a while).

yes and no. they done the same thing early 2012, it was another year and a bit before TH. the official word is "there is always another album in the works", but it'll just take as long as it takes.

Hehe, yeah it's BOC. I didn't expect it next week. I'm just stoked that another album is confirmed, they can take as long as they want.

There's always a new release in the works unless MDG tells us otherwise. The real question is, how hard are they working on it?

I think it would be funny if the waited 8 years to release something, but kept stringing us along occasionally with random likes like that

Facebook. Top comment under BoC's post about the Sisters remix. If you hover over the like button, it shows who liked the post. Boards of Canada shows up as the first like.

You know the HTC Vive is on pre-order now to ship in April, I wouldnt be surprised if HL3 dropped at the same time. (Valve developed the vive with htc). Exciting stuff.
As that MDG fella posted ages ago, "There is more than one album in its advanced stages..." or something like that. We know one of those albums was Tomorrows Harvest, its only a matter of time for the other to drop

I always had a weird feel that TH had two double more music to come, combined with other hints through all the TH, I think it will be and possibly sooner than expected ,
also lol at that HL3, release of the decades

yep, it certainly won't be like the remixes either, i hope, well theyre fine, just needs to be new s**t, we all love new s**t.
that nosdam album sounds good though

So basically this means that we will one day see a sixth Boards of Canada LP sometime in the eventual future. Very helpful information, BoC!
