For those who may be interested, it's available for pre-order...

This is a special edition of my album that includes 2 tracks from a previous EP and an exclusive single produced for this release. It comes in classic black and transparent blue vinyl (and totally randomized, I believe, so pretend it's awesome like a Willy Wonka golden ticket)

I think Bleep has sold out already, but they might order more; otherwise it's on Clone.nl, Juno and some other European outlets.

This is great news, congratulations on selling out on Bleep as well. You can't order it on Juno yet though, it says 'coming soon' :( so I've set up an alert for this, really don't want to miss out! 45rpm as well? Very nice.

TX jm; I believe that Clone.nl is the main distributor for this release...but shipping is probably cheaper from Juno.

clocolan - Prime Spiral

I can't get over how good this is...

For me the vibe captures some far off distant memory, the vocal samples are obscured, however, i do believe i hear the word "remember" as if both the song and it's title (Prime Spiral) is telling us that there is no prime space in life that perhaps we are better off reflecting on our past remembering who we where, there is no now without the past.

I'm probably reading into this too much, that said...that's what a good song does....it captures your imagination and makes you think.

Hey that's very kind FB, thanks. I think music like this must exist for listeners like us; there's something very evocative about ambiguity, hidden meanings...fuzziness.

TheFadeBeta...I'm just now putting two and two together. I had seen your name here and a couple of other places but didn't know you made music...duh. (this is what comes of being so busy that you don't even have time to *listen* anymore  )

Just heard African Skies and listening to A Letter From The Moon now; beautiful work.

Cheers. Are you writing a whole album together or just this track?

We are going to keep at it for a while, I think our styles compliment each other rather well.

I love to play directly from hardware. I never loop anything so all the structures I hand over to Xan are me playing.

Xan on the other hand is a wizard with step recording, beat making, music production and is fantastic at figuring what needs to go on top of the core melodies i send him.

I think that's what makes us have this lush sound... 2 different approaches in style merging together.

That's a good strategy...each complementing the other's strengths.

On my invoice it says "1 x Clocolan 'Nothing Left To Abandon' (BauSatz 01)" Does that BauSatz indicate the color?

BauSatz is the label. I know the transparent blue is hot but...personally I kinda like the classic black for music like this

That's good to hear. Not so easy in the US...Bleep is in and out of stock faster than a short order cook but n5MD should be getting a shipment soon.

I think I'm almost more excited about vinyl cover art being back than vinyl itself...
