It's not long enough to be the full track, but, judging by the name, and the fact it was pressed onto CD in '97 makes me think that this may be at least most of Visual Drone 12. If it's fake, it's a really well-made fake.

Scared of giving the fakers ideas here but

As heard in the legit clips of Hooper Bay, Play by Numbers and Acid Memories, the brothers where heavily into cassette tape and 8-track sounds at the time. You can hear that the magnetic tape in question has been recorded over and decayed multiple times and I have yet to hear a sophisticated enough fake that accurately replicates that.

So basically, when it comes to older tunes, the first thing that should enter your mind is 'Is this a decayed cassette tape'. If it doesn't pass that test it will undoubtedly be a fake.

That isn't to say that this isn't a good track. If I wasn't paying attention to minute details like that I might pass it for BoC, but regardless its actually a nice listen.

This track was discussed many years ago. I'm not sure how long ago, but I've had this fake on my computer since 2004, when the Old Tunes leak happened. It was found to be fake. It's a slowed down edit of some song by some guy. I don't remember the specifics as to who, but I suppose it doesn't quite matter. What matters is it's a confirmed fake.

Speed the song up and you'll hear it's original form.

Still a nice track anyways.

Well, regardless of it’s fake, I acutally sped up the vid myself. And I posted the results on youtube.
