Any of you guys into Coil?
I've just started getting into them and their discography is f**king massive. Where do I begin???
The only albums I've listened to are Horse Rotorvator And Love's Secret Domain, which I like a lot.

Love them, have been delaying doing a deep dive onto their discography for way too long now, so, unfortunately, I'm no authority to tell you where to start your journey.

I have listened to "Horse Rotorvator", and also the albums "The Ape Of Naples", "Constant Shallowness Leads to Evil" & also "How To Destroy Angels". Loved all of them.

Edit: Forgot about "Scatology", lol, liked that one too.

I am in the same boat as you all. Waiting for the right moment to really digest their discography. I have only listened to Scatology and Horse Rotorvator.

If you are into darker, weirder ambient stuff, a friend of mine swears by Musick to Play in the Dark.

Slightly related, Coil did this remix of a NIN song that is easily one of the most haunting things I have ever heard. I even played it on a recent episode of Cortex Primer.

I listened to The Ape Of Naples and Time Machines yesterday. Wow. I think they are reissuing their albums on vinyl, only backwards. Music To Play In The Dark will get one in october i think.

The only Coil I am familiar with is Time Machines. It is a stunner. Highly recommended.
