I've just been watching a Dennis Nilsen doco on Netflix, & his prison recordings sound very similar to the 123456789 Telepath samples... Give it a listen.

One of his recordings also begins with the line "Ready, let's go."

Nilsen kinda plays in to BoC's sinister sampling (like Koresh), so it fits the source material.

Gonna have to check it out! Any specific episode?

It's one of the closer ones I'd say, definitely wouldn't hurt doing some looking into. My only quarry is how did they get their hands on his recordings if they were only recently released to the public (correct me if I'm wrong)?
