Sunshine Recorder melody: Kraftwerk - Harmonika sample?

I was listening to some old Kraftwerk and came across what sounds extremely close to the main melody for Sunshine Recorder.
The first chord is here at 0:22:

The diminished minor 7 that comes after it isn't directly in the Kraftwerk song, but you can combine the chord at 0:15 and the single note at 3:06 to create it.
What do you think? To me it sounds pretty spot on harmonically, it's even in the same key. Timbre-wise I'm not sure.
