Do you have old videos of yourself that reflect your relationship with BOC?



Im the little fat kid getting muddy under the merry-go-round at the very beginning. I'm 57 now. The older slightly older blonde kid is my big brother and he loves BOC too.

The music is me on guitar in 1989 or so, digitized old tape from the 80s, slowed down but pitch kept the same, as we can do now easily, but I actually I did it before it was easy and it took awhile.

Yes, I have a good chunk of footage of my childhood as recorded onto beta tapes. I made a video years ago hoping to sketch what I feel as a very personal connection to the song 1986 Summer Fire.



I wrote in the description a short explanation:

I do not own this gorgeous song. The footage was recorded originally from Betavision tapes, then to VHS, then finally to digital. The video recordings are from the day I came home after my birth in summertime of 1986 (Part of why I hold this song very dear). Also short clips from summer 1987.

I have footage of my siblings and I watching sesame street in the 80s, too. A lot of the sound effects used were pretty psychedelic. Some lovely little melodies played for songs that teach little lessons.

I uploaded this chopped up family video footage years back. It remains unlisted, however. So hopefully the link works ok:

Thank you for uploading this! as a very young girl it is always mind blowing to see how things were back then. Also the tape has gotten quite cool looking over the years

I won't show them for private reasons, but during a family outing years ago, we took some photos that have a MHTRTC vibe, and not only because there were children on it.
