This feels like a direct successor to Come to Dust, melodically and with that beat. But again the melody is so fucking diagonal, it's awesome.

Goosebumps on first listen.

currently my favourite on the album although some others come close

An instant classic.

A defined beginning, middle and end. It starts with the driving beat with ominous textures then the big synth kicks in before it breaks down and the eerie music box sounds give way to another blast of the main synth before ending with the melodic hare Krishna chanting.

For me, as someone who never really got on board with Tomorrow's Harvest, I think the great weakness of that album was that so many of the songs didn't really evolve very much as they went on but with Inferno they've really brought that back and Naraka is a perfect example.

My least liked BoC song. Bollywood of Canada. Also the first song that I Have ever removed from Apple Music. I also bought the cd but do not plan on playing it(not because of the song)

I had to stop myself from laughing gleefully at the session. The way they used the Hare Krishna mantra is perfect.

God damn this track is excellent. That synth at the beginning is unmistakably them.

OMG 100% same.......I sat with the biggest dickhead smile on my face through this entire track

I was saying after the guardian review singled this track out, I've listened to a lot of 90s world music sampling western electronic artists in my time and I've never heard a fucking Hare Krishna integrated so well with the track. It's not "just there", there's a reason it's there, and it works so well

The compression on the kick drum is huge - like most of the album tbh - intense production value.

I'd like to see it develop a bit more - sets up such a solid base and then sorta peters out. Something like the liftoff in Mr Mistake

I bet you love listening to pop country ,reggaeton, gangster drill rap, and irish step dancing music too

One of the standout tracks for me, fantastic.

I really don't get on with New-Agey time stuff, but I remember what first struck me about Jon Hopkin's 'Music for Psychedelic Therapy' was how well it stayed just on the right side of the great/cheesy line and this track is nowhere near the line, it's just a really good use of a sample, fits perfectly.

This hit me in the same way as 'Nothing is Real' from TH. The first half in particular would fit seamlessly into TH, I wonder was it from the same 'sessions'.

The concept/composition perhaps but production wise it sounds very different from TH.
