Plans Drawn In Pencil is such a beautiful album. Anyone like them?

Love them! Great stuff, havent gotten plans drawn in pencil yet but have alot of old stuff. Good music, digitalis and lucky cat are masterpieces.

I just discovered Lucky Cat. The melodies are simply beautiful. I will have to check out Digitalis next.

I love ISAN! Lucky Cat is great and the tune cathart is incredible with that bassline and a melody that sits somewhere between absurd and heartbreaking.

My other favourite tune by them is Gunnera off Meet Next Life. The rest of the album is pretty insignificant in comparison.

2004 - ISAN - Meet Next Life
2006 - ISAN - Plans Drawn In Pencil

I love all of them!

Any other album by ISAN i need to listen!?

I still need to get Plans Drawn in Pencil though. I've fallen behind on my musics in a big way.

i've recently bought 'plans drawn in pencil' and 'clockwork meringue' both beautiful pieces of work. i'm pretty sure i'll end up buying all their material - i haven't been this enthusiastic about an artist since, well BOC!

Wow! I discovered Isan briefly while browsing the music library they have at Barnes and Nobel back in like 2004, but I passed it up since it was more ethereal and subtle and I was looking for more straight up hip hop electronica. But I think now I'm in a better place to appreciate this stuff! I'll be checking them out per this thread's earlier suggestions.
