... and i've just turned 29. im so freaked out about turning 30! did anyone else here hate turning 30? how did you get over it?

cheers guys! got rather drunk on boddingtons, wine, baileys, cider, and tequila. and also managed to avoid the internet (mostly) when i got home!

You guys are all so YOUNG!
Spent my 30th drumming in a covers band. Admittedly, most of what we covered was electronic (Chemical Brothers, Prodigy etc.) but with guitars. I wonder if that made us New Rave a good 8 years before it was invented?

30? Yeah I remember that (34 this year). It's one that needs a deep breath definitely - but I found alcohol, friends, and a large Chicken Tikka Daansak down my local Indian restaurant helped me get over it relatively painlessly (apart from the hangover).
31? Less of a problem...
