The White Lodge

I had a listen this evening while taking a walk through the woods and around the lake in the neighborhood. I believe I saw all manner of creatures, many ducks (mallards), egrets and massive blue heron.

The egrets would swoop through the sky, a great white bird, not unlike a pterodactyl... only to land by another and they would proceed to dance, taking flight once again to hide within the trees. The blue heron walked with us, from across the water, mimicking our every step, so imperial.

I was unsure if the sounds from the woods... insects chirping and others buzzing... were emanating from within the music or not. If the cackle of the mallards were part of the background drone.

I need to get out more often, because I had a wonderous experience.

And thank you.

You need to take an audio recorder with you next time.. to capture what you heard.. and put it in your music.

Thats what I do..

Well.. not really.. I can only capture the sounds from outside my window.. My mic cables aren't that long.

And then theres the constant cars that travel and ruin the recording..

Loving the tracks off your Myspace page. I'm guessing that I'm going to have to get the download release as I'm not sure that Darla will ship the CD to the UK.

Any idea if the download will be available later today?
