Salvia + music is quite, quite bizarre.

I remember listening to my own track, Rainbow Kaleidoplex, after taking a couple hits of 10x and lying down flat on my back in the dark in the middle of my bedroom floor.

As is usual on Salvia, I sank into the "salvia space"--hard to describe, but it's basically a place in between normal reality. And, for me, it's the very same place every time I smoke salvia.

The music took on a very organic, tangible, quality. Not simply in my head like acid or shrooms. I could actually "feel" the sounds quite literally in salvia space; they were throbbing through my room like tangible waves of matter. With each throb of the bass, the physical shape of my room changed in a wave pattern. The music came alive, as if it were actually communicating to me from the very depths of reality. I was "plugged in" as it were, to a higher consciousness.

In fact, my very own track, as I had previously known it, was no longer simply my track. I realized it had always existed. The Universe had always known its existence. I simply was fortunate enough to be the one to "call it into the physical world". So, in a way, listening to it on Salvia was like plugging in for the first time and truly hearing a Voice from the Deep.

Anyone else ever listened to music on Salvia?

Sorry, but what is Salvia?

I'm still planning on doing a salvia trip. I'll be sure to turn on a particulair song

that sounds proper intriguing. i've been meaning to try salvia, but becuase i'm not a regular user of psychedelics, i wasn't sure what strength to go with. what do you reckon? 10X? they sell it in a place called asha boutique in dublin city. must hook some up.

yeah, its fine. get yourself a little pipe to smoke it in when you buy it. start with the smallest amount ( a tiny pinch), and work your way up from there so you know what to expect. the trips can be pretty intense, but they are short, so therefore no long rollercoaster ride like LSD.

The quality of some of my salvia experiences have been highly panpsychic. I am not simply myself--my awareness moves outside of my head, sometimes to include my room. I actually become the room in which I am sitting. Still, I only have control of my human muscles, but my awareness shifts -- I'm are a room, and I control this little human body that just happens to be sitting in a chair inside of "me". And to my surprise, I can actually control that little human body, and make it walk around inside of myself, on "my" floor. That's what happens sometimes to me, but I've heard of many other strange effects of salvia, many which i've never experienced for myself.

After a salvia trip I frequently feel very drained. It's the most intense feeling ever, physically. An enormous body high--you can barely move, and when you do so, it's wacky and labored and you often look like a fool in a red-eyed stupor. I've never feared of things like losing my mind, like I have on acid and LSA, but the trip is just so incredibly "real" that it's hard to dismiss as simple mind games.

You often find you have entered a different kind of reality, one that really, truly exists--like you have broken through to a new kind of existence--sharing an awareness with Nature itself--like you're having sex with Reality. I have even felt from time to time that I'm not supposed to be doing it, somehow, but I've never really had any negative after effects from a salvia trip like I have on other psychedelics.

I've tried salvia twice and didn't hallucinate either time. Most likely due to improper tokage..one of these days I'll get around to doing it proper.

it different with each person. Each person needs a different amount than the next to have hallucinations.

I remember listening to Aviation Dreams, my own track at night time. I was laying on the ground staring at the stars. each star turned into a tv and I would jump into one and a whole new sky would appear with a whole new set of TV/stars and I would keep jumping into them. Depth perception was screwed every time ive done it.

Salvia is great. Smoked x16 a few times. Music is a real journey!

I'll say it once more...

You all should come over to my place.. we'll pop in some BoC, smoke weed, salvia and take shrooms

I've done the same. Your music is very...geometric on salvia for me. I got 12 grams of 10x a few months ago (blew most of it at parties), but when I was alone I listened to you, BoC, of some pink floyd. Always incredibly visual, and those visuals were always in some amazing synchronization with the music....overwhelmingly so. I almost always would see arches of tiny, vividly colored shapes moving around counter-clock-wise, just like lights moving on a las vegas casino sign.

The arches of tiny, vivid shapes, I saw as well, but in general they were pulsing outward from the sources of the sound (my speakers). The beauty is unspeakable, the sound is so alive.

My friend said she became a shopping cart. I became a piece of original-flavored bubble gum stuck to the bottom of a woman's shoe as she was walking in a parking lot.
