Been meaning to mention this for a while: We had new web-security software installed at work recently, and for some reason twoism has been blocked for it's "adult material" - is there a secret forum that I'm not aware of?

Ya, when I went on this site on my father's computer while I was visiting. There were a few pictures that were replaced with protection images that are usually supposed to protect against things like porn. weird.

Is there a possibility to ask the system administrator at your work what the reason is that Twoism is being blocked?

Do you get the same thing with other forums? Could just be that your work doesn't want you talking on internet forums?

Twoism is automatically blocked on my dad's local firewall too, for pornography/sexual content.
I'm not sure if somehow the system can read the content of Twoism and find words it doesn't like or what. Not sure how it works. It's impossible that something like Guido's avatar would get Twoism blocked. It's got to be some kind of content issue.
Strangely enough, though, WATMM does not get blocked. Anyone who has spent any time in 'General Banter' knows how ridiculous that is.

Wasn't there a 'post pics of hot girls' thread a while back. And someone posted pron. Aesthetics removed the pics, but maybe something stuck.

I've noticed that with WATMM too, so it's strange that that isn't blocked. I suppose I'll just have to work instead....

I think blocked sites URL's are contained in a massive list, like the Do Not Call List. Is it possible twoism has been put on a list by accident?
Or maybe they meant to block twosome.org but got us instead?

Could be - I know this has happened to someone I know with a site whose name was similar to a brothel...

Some net-nannies have a list only with sites that are permitted...
