Hey mokele! I love these tracks man, went onto last.fm took a listen, and I am now acquiring! I'd love to know how you go about creating these tracks; it reminds me a little bit of john murphy's style as well.
If you havn't seen Sunshine or hear the soundtrack, you must asap because you will most likely love it.

Now ive not heard any stuff until today,came across "Old haunts" which i'm liking at the moment,also i hear Christ. / Fieldtriqp split 3" CD is coming!! id like to know when? anyone know.

I know it's in the works...no idea as to when it'll be released. My guess is later this year.

Oooh, love "Old Haunts" will have to d/l this when I get home.
How do you pronounce Fieldtriqp anyway? Is it just fieldtrip? fieldtrikwap? fieldtrik, perhaps?

Fantastic release and an essential Dl, especially for free! If for any strange reason you haven't heard Fieldtriqp before, then apart from the fact you've been missing out, this is highly recommended. One of my favourite artists, I'm not ashamed to gush about his music. If you hear one track by him today, ELK BEACH.

He has been one of my favorite artists in the past few years. Old Haunts is probably my favorite of his.

Old Haunts is classic material! I'm a big fan of Fieldtriqp, is music is very deep & melodic. Compared to Boards of Canada, I'm more hooked on his music for some reason. Maybe BoC is too heavy on the production side of things & less on the melodic aspect? In any case, Fieldtriqp is the best BoC "influenced" artist I know of.
