I know this idea has been proposed before but..

how about we just don't post on this forum until something significant occurs? We seem to have exhausted all actual topics.

The subject of this topic and any discussion about it isn't worth being locked at all.

The people who only comment "in before the lock" and the replies which aren't on topic makes me want to lock this because it's getting out of hand.

I'll give this topic another chance by removing all the nonsense replies. When you feel the need to reply... keep it on topic!

If I was to tell aquanet to "fuck off" would that warrant this thread being locked? I think this goes back to the question of whether Boards Of Canada owe us anything, the answer of which I'm sure most of us agree is "NO!". I just think, if you have something useful to contribute to this subforum then by all means post, but if not just keep it to yourself.

I don't believe there has to be something new posted everyday to keep the BoC subforum alive, I think their current catalogue is emotive enough to keep the discussion going until their next release arrives, and I firmly believe it will! If it doesn't I'm sure I'll survive!

When you look back on it, it's not like there's been no activity at all from the brothers... it seems like people forget about the Why? remix and the production for the sexual objects... i know it's small but at least it's something. plus the good friday remix is really awesome.
the lack of news gives me time to catch up on other things, like collecting all their remix work. something's probably gonna come out eventually... and when it does, it will be a surreal moment.

i know that when the time finally comes i'll immerse myself in the world of Boards of Canada all over again.
