Autechre (I only like some autechre, some is just a little too crazy)

Squarepusher (A handful of songs are amazing! The rest I have no interest in)

Brian Eno (Only the ambient stuff, none of his singing BS)

M83 (More dreamy music, check out the tracks 'Sister Pt 1 & 2)
Flying Lotus (Brilliant experimental hip-hop beats, with a warm atmosphere, quite organic sounds)

Some suggestions from top of my head:

Tangerine Dream (hit and miss really, can't go wrong with Phaedra)
Four Tet ("organic electronica" like Boards of Canada, but more sample-based)
Hood (similar nostalgic sound to BoC, but more post-rockish in the vein of Mogwai or late-era Talk Talk)

Electricwest (dark, glitchy goodness)
Lone (like flying lotus, only better, to me)
Obfusc (Tycho with a bit more BoC)
Anders Ilar (gorgeous, ambient-ish tech house)

Those are easily 5 of my top 20 favorite artists. Highly recommended. We seem to have the same tastes based on your list ^.


edit: Electricwest is the only one of those who has some free music out- check out http://www.archaichorizon.com for a few of his albums, plus some great Twoismers like Sarin Sunday and Saturday Index. Both of those would be right up your alley too, and for free!

Sarin Sunday's work under Airliner67 is just sick, sick, sick! (in a good way) I want his shades as well.
