Man, I've never heard of an artist who speaks so highly of boc.

i'm sorry i just lose respect for any artist who has such a curmudgeonly attitude towards music.

i have strong doubts that people who are too lazy to learn to play a guitar are any more numerous than they ever have been.

the voice is still an instrument that generally one needs to learn how to play.

I think the voice was always best played via an Emulator II. Human beans' voices best after being sampled at 27kHz.

I strongly believe that the computer with the internet has reduced peoples attention spans and patients. Myself included.
I remember my first computer [not game computer a la c64]. I bought a Mac Prima. 500mb hard drive. It was huge. And I was marveling at downloading images from the internet. 16k image for 5-7min. AWESOME.
Now, if i have to wait more than 1/2 a second for a 50mb file I get super impatient. And you all too are more than likely the same. Admitt it. Its prevalent in film too. No more pacing, build-up or development. People want instant action, basically dummying movies down.
Its a fact, we want more and we want it instantly. Its just the way it is now. And it has permiated into everything we do. Ive really noticed this and harkon back to the earlier days. Not to dismiss technology, I love it. But not to forget to enjoy things.

But isn't that the purpose of technology? To simplify and quicken processes so that we may be more efficient with our time?
This is rhetorical obviously, but it sums up all technological advances and inventions. Soon we will all be watching tv, killing mean people, and baking a pizza in split seconds time. Or has it already happened?...
