1969 music video (official?)

It must have been 2002 that I saw this, I was watching TMF (the dutch version of MTV) on TV at my parent's home and I remember being struck by this video clip:
A short story about a group of friends sitting in an American? 60s cafeteria with red couches and chairs, you can see by their clothes that the setting is in the sixties aswell, they're talking and laughing and the camera filter is bright and sunny. The next scene it's further into the future, 80s i think, not sure, the same cafeteria with the same interior, they sit at the same table but are less interested in each other, screen also gets more grey. In the last scene only the time has changed again, now it's the present and the friends are all on their cellphones and have kids in strollers with them, and they do not look at each other anymore.
Pretty nostalgic video, to sum it up.
Now I really liked the music so I waited until the title showed at the end, and a few minutes later I was looking up "boards of canada - 1969" on the internet.
I haven't found any information anywhere to back this up, so most probably I've been in some kind of daydream of weird vision, or more probable just mixing things up and this music video belongs to another artist, still I'm convinced I've seen this, because as far as I know it was also the first time I heard of BoC ..
Anyone know of an 'official' BoC-1969 video or maybe some kind of promotional clip that was made for TMF/MTV? Or maybe do you recognise my description in a completely different song, so I can see it and put this to rest?
