Ugh. So what was the fucking point in the 'Maybe they appear in graveyards' EP? All 3 remixes from that are on this album and Lovers Carvings came from Ambivalence Avenue.Stuff like this really pisses me off.

i probably shouldn't have, but oh well!
the fact that it's limited to 150 over here pushed me to get it. i wasn't too impressed with the previews of the Maybe They Appear In Graveyards EP, but the new tracks and the cool artwork called to me

it's typical iTunes marketing bullshit - any release that is iTunes-only should be steered well clear of, since it'll eventually be released elsewhere.
it did make me wonder why they were never released on Bleep...now we know why

All the flowers, is that the lone remix? I guess so because in that page it's said that Lone has a remix on that EP, but dont see his name anywhere? Kinda stupid when a record label makes mistakes like this ;p

it looks like whoever edited the Warp site made a typo:
Warp.net wrote:'The Apple & The Tooth' Tracklisting
01 - The Apple And The Tooth
02 - Rotten Rudd
03 - Bones & Skulls
04 - Steal The Lamp
05 - S'vive (Clark Remix)
06 - Sugarette (Wax Stag Remix)
07 - Dwrcan (Eskmo Remix)
08 - Lover's Carvings (Leatherette Remix)
09 - Haikuesque (The Gentleman Losers' Whispers In The Rain Mix)
10 - All The Flowers (Line Remix)
11 - Fire Ant (Keaver & Brause Remix)
12 - Palm Of Your Wave (Bibio Remix)
looks like Line Remix was meant to be Lone Remix. it's not the first time they've done a typo - the tracklisting on the Warp20 (Elemental) is wrong for DJ Mujava....they have him credited as Dj Majuva

Excellent news. We finally get that Wax Stag remix that some were asking for earlier. (:
I'd heard that this was coming so I didn't nab the previous EP. I got the impression that the overlap/repeat was due to label decisions, not Bibio's.

yeah, the iTunes exclusive tracks definitely smells like Warp trying to cash in a little....
i originally thought it might've been a way to extend an "olive branch" to those who only ever buy from iTunes, you know, the clueless 13 and 14 year olds who use their parents' AppleID account to buy music with.
but then i realised that if that was the case, they'd have released it on Bleep too. for those who have a clue.

i dont bother with itunes. so this will all be new to me. the cool packaging is a plus. and im a fan of all these remixers, so it feels like a solid (but still overpriced) purchase.

Well, it's only $4 more than the usual Warp LPs...the gold foil/limited edition thing covers that, I think. Still, it'd be a whole lot easier if we could just go to the shop and pick these up in the States. Postage is a bitch.

man i hear ya. newbury comics in boston actually carries warp releases. i got ambivalence avenue there as a matter of fact! plus a bunch of other great LPs. But still, that is a bit of a hike for me and there's a good chance the thing you want wont be there.

there isn't one yet :-/
as a side note, i am not too pleased with Warp's labelling of this as an 'album'
nope, it's an EP full of remixes as far as i'm concerned

yeah its got four new bibio songs. its totally an ep.
I cant believe they still havent fixed that typo. Line remix, haha.
And I just noticed the north america pre-order links coming soon. WTF is with that? Now I feel like I should have waited. But what would possibly be different about it? Probably cheaper. Thats annoying

yeah would've probably been cheaper, also the shipping may have been quicker.
email bleep support and explain the situation? i'm sure they'll be accommodating.
i emailed the
editor@warp.net to let them know about the typo, but no change i guess
