One of my favorite all-time is An Ending by Brian Eno. Also Peacock Tail by BoC...

At a push I would have to say Left Side Drive.

Its because of the low/deep/thick tape drive sound underlying the whole track. I dont know how they made it but I will not give up trying to find out.

Fenix Funk 5. It's such a cool combination!!! Here's a list of things I like about it.

This song has gotten me through some tough times. And has been with me in good times as well. I fall asleep to it almost every night.

Dabrye-With a Professional. The way the pad, kick, and bass interact is awesome. So warm.

Magic City from the Sim City 3000 soundtrack

Each of these take me to a beautiful place on a regular basis.

Because it introduced me to the endless deepness that music can be... when I was in 7th grade (12-13 years old). The song/piece is still complete magic to me. Masterpiece!

Boards of Canada - Rue The Whirl - The last 2 minutes 30 seconds are just unbelieveable, so nostalgic, gets me teary.

"A Warm Place" by Nine Inch Nails.

probably the first "ambient" song i ever heard. it's still haunting and beautiful some 15 years later. there will always be a special place in my heart for this song.

elizabeth frasier's best vocal performance. strong, earnest, heart felt, magical, amazing, even her breath takes make for so much effect. brilliant.

Beastie Boys - Professor Booty/Wu-Tang Clan - Triumph (Two of raps most important hip hop groups' best tracks)

Carly Simon - Why. The whole track is so perfectly put together; boss reggae chops, sweet bassline, tasty pads, awesome hook, sick groove. There's never a time I couldn't listen to it.

Oh and Army Dreamers by Kate Bush. the waltz timing is fucking inspired and the way it's such a childish, almost nursery rhyme like melody with a strong message behind it.

hmmmmm tough choice. I'd have to say: 'With Arms Wide Open'- by Creed....but all their albums are good. Insane Clown Posse's 'Homies' is a very close second.

Have you ever tried playing Creed's 'Human Clay' and 'Music Has The Right To Children' on separate stereos at exactly the same time?? Wow, it's like a Wizard of Oz/Darkside of the Moon experience.
It must have been planned....these two albums were released at roughly the same time so it all makes sense.
