Does anybody know of any? I tried Exact Audio Copy but all it did was spit error messages in my face.

What I'm looking for is software that will burn a CD without inserting gaps in between tracks. I want completely smooth transitions. I also tried Nero but it still does it even when you set the options to disc at once and no gaps. A pop or click still appears... I'm a perfectionist. What can I say...

The answer is Wavelab, it will burn CDs without introducing gaps because it is Red Book compliant in its burning procedure. You will have difficulty burning contiguous audio without gaps being introduced using Nero or indeed any sofware that does not burn Red Book format.
I will pass on this list of points to adhere to when burning audio CD masters, which come from a very reliable source in the industry:

*Always use branded audio discs, not data discs.
*Use a high quality burner i.e Plextor.
*Burn to Red Book standards using capable software.
*Burn at write speeds no more than 4X speed.
*If possible verify written discs.
*Don't use stickers on the discs as they add weight and make players spin up the disc faster and slower
causing error rates to soar
*Never play a master disc which is intended for replication nor get any fingerprints or dust on the disc
(CD plant will reject it).

Just a plug for one of my favorite pieces of software, but EAC is some of the highest quality ripping software out there.

It's meant for flawless rips - so if all you're getting is errors either your discs are damaged or you're doing something wrong. PM me and I can get you going. Not sure how it burns though. Not sure that it does that at all actually.

You want the burning software to merge your individual mp3s into seamless transitions? It doesn't work that way. This can probably be done with lossless compression formats as FLAC etc, but standard MP3s that's encoded individually should not be burned to CD if it's ment to be a seamless mix.

What you need is the tracks originally encoded into 1 MP3 accompanied by the cue-file that's holding the individual tracks original cue-point data. Then you can use those two files to burn a disc-image in Nero or any other decent burning software and the result will be a perfectly seamless mix.

Already got it taken care of guys. Started using Wavelab and everything came out fine. I was working on a new Frequent C album.
