Are VHS Head BoC?

I can almost believe it. A lot of people have said BoC were going to release something a bit different, and this certainly fits the bill. Yet it still have that same polished finish to it.

The nostalgic feelings I often get listening to BoC remind me of the 80's, specifically 80's cartoons. This track reminds me of the early 90's, specifically a track I'd have expected to hear from an Amiga game. Each to their own obviously, but that's the memories it conjours for me.
Could this be BoC under another psuedo name? Or maybe just one of the brothers as some have speculated?
The worst part is, it might be a completely new band. Either way, I just ordered their EP off Amazon. It's an amzing sounds, and as far as I'm concerned, very original.
