i have never tried that. i already feel like im on drugs when i listen to them, its a natural high for me, but when you say, that you feel out side your self, doesnt sound half bad, haha. Peace.

hmmm, i haven't concentrated that hard... usually if i get really high (all i've ever smoked is pot) and close my eyes i get... a very odd feeling

boc is one of the only bands/artists that can produce those kind of feelings while NOT on drugs, which is why they can sometimes be the most interesting to explore if you are on anything.

aphex twin is another one of these artists.

i worry a bit to try other things but i'm doing my research, maybe if i'm good and ready.

I have never had the pleasure of doing any drugs while listening to BOC. I have wanted to, but the opportunity has yet to arise.

When I first heard them, it was at the tail end of a period where I was experimenting with psychedelics. So, when I stopped doing that and started listening to BOC, it made it seem as if I never came down!

i've enjoyed boc on weed, pills and lsd....shhh its a secret

BoC on dxm is really strange. I've listened to music has the right a few times on it.. the tempo of the songs sounds speeded up a lot yet your perception of time is VERY slow. so it makes no sense! anyways.. it's pretty awesome.

For me is music the only good drug.

Yeah, totally man. My story is quite similar, but I was doing LSD and stuff even worse. I'm not going to say Boc helped me get clean or anything, but I'd much rather hear them sober cause the music is a drug within itself. Plus, that was a time in my life I'd like to forget and I don't want to associate Bocs music with bad times.

weed, coke and salvia. not all at once, mind. kind of a dark trip on salvia. i think my drug days are pretty much over these days, though.

ive listened to Boc when on LSD and found it intensified visual sensations quite nicely have also listened early in the morning coming down from big techno nights out on Ecstacy, also a bit of weed but for last couple of years been lsitening to it with my ears and nothing else, although after a couple of glasses of chilled white wine after a long hard day, i find Boc quite uplifting and energizing

my mates are poxy. they wont let me put on any boc when drugs are involved.
and i would never do it on my own. so oh well.

I listen to BOC on DMT as often as I can.

It's pretty transendental man. I often 'listen' to their music, not by listening as such, but by looking at patterns in the vinyl grooves as their records play. The movement of the light reflecting. I let it fill my mind. Then I am truly in the vortex of their very being, and they in mine.

I am in a different universe entirely when I do this. We will all be there one day.

I read about that drug and its really fascinateing. It seems like it breaks down all perception of matter around you.

There is NO WAY I could take anything like DMT, LSD etc, I'm a pretty sensitive guy and I'm not sure I could deal with that stuff.

I must admit, I'm completely fascinated by what I've read over the years about psychedelics. My first exposure to such matters was Carlos Casteneda's 'A Seperate Reality'. Interesting stuff.

It was a friend of mine who does psychedelics who told me about DMT. He'd done acid, mushrooms, ecstasy etc, but no DMT. I'm not sure about access to it here in the UK but it' not something you hear about often.

Some friends of mine wrote the Xbox360 visualiser software. The predecessor of that was running on Gamecube hardware, with four people controlling all the geometry and feedback effects. We flew it to Geogaddi and Boc Maxima whilst on a gentle ecstacy comedown. I kept feeling like I was falling into the kaleidoscopic shapes on screen.

When Geogaddi came out I had a long commute by car every day. I found it almost impossible to drive safely during Alpha And Omega. It still makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up whenever I hear it.
