Woohoo! Ambivalence Avenue was probably my favourite album of 2009 :)

For me my favorite was Veckatimest by Grizzly Bear, but Amb. Avenue is a close second.

Can't wait for a new release from either of them :D

i actually preferred 'vignetting the compost' to 'ambivalence avenue' but any new bibio is welcome to me!

Same, I love them both, but I like Vignetting the compost better.

But any new bibio stuff is always awesome!

Yeah , i'm hoping as well for the new album to be more like vignetting the compost.
Also , bibio has a lot of stuff that was supposed to be released for Artist Valley Records that's in that vein, which was incredible. Like that SK Dreams track and the stuff he did with Loafe and Merge.
Or that 7" with Sheila Sets Sail, which is just lovely.

I hope it is even more pop oriented than Ambivalence Ave. Why? Cause I know it would still be awesome and more people would dig it. I was so excited when I was flipping through a cute girl's iPod and found AA and The Apple and the Tooth. I like accessibility in music.

But then she says "yeah, my boyfriend BIBIO made this -- we're having a party with Boards of Canada and Aphex Twin and all the Warp gang! Autechre are both bringing their Game Boys and Squarepusher's shimmying on down with his link cable. Wanna come?"

AND EVERYTHING'S FINE
