They really seem to like hexagons around there, even the roundabout is one.

Wow, interesting o_O looks like a neat organized subdivision or something, with circular farmers fields, really different

The circular fields are because they use center-pivot irrigation. We have those in Arizona as well. I was baffled at first when I saw them from the air, but they make a lot of sense. Same with the land division...you can compact more circles into a hexagonal matrix than a typical grid.
