To get serious about cracking this code quick, we need to team up and share our ideas. There's only a week left!

These forums aren't really helping much. To better team up and avoid the non-constructive chatter, I created this WIKI page that we can all use and edit, upload pics, discuss, etc... It's all editable.

I started the whole thing with just my oppinions and ideas on how to crack the code. I thought I could share my leads or hunches in a more collaborative manner. This is only for codebreaking! No polls or talk about what song u like or don't, etc!

Please join in and help the effort in a sincere manner.

Also, please spread the word to the other sites and boards. I know several people here post on other sites as well. we need teamwork! Seeya there.

This is a very good idea. I changed the colours of the tables so that they have higher contrast (it was hard to read red text on a grey background). I'll try to add some ideas.

Goog Idea Lincoshire Poacher to set up that sub discussion wiki. Sorry cant add to it cause I'm a bit fucking thick But the count down is on and unless there is some amazing revelation or someone cracks the code we will be all pulling our puds on the 10th. So does this mean that we will be stuck infront of our computers just in case something comes in live that we want to experince as it happens? How sad would that be

As for the limited time to crack the code... I hope for another "clue" to work on the wiki site. Maybe it will help.
As for now, I have my finger on the credit card trigger, in case there needs to be an express flight to the UK!

I hope that it isnt some live-internet broadcast as some here think. This isn't FSOL. I think BOC=outdoors, or at least I like to think of them that way. Remember that message they used to have on their contact page of their site? Something about we should get away from our computer for a while and go outside?

Not to be a negative nancy but this idea is a little too late. The code has since got even more complicated since the flashy eyes appeared and I think it's not crackable. And even if it does get solved it's just not enough time for people to make it out there, especially for us in the States.

Well, it is negative. That's why we setup this discussion on it's own microsite.

And even if it's last minute it doesn't matter. The wiki site went up only after the second "clue" or " or "code" was revealed on their site. The power to work collectively on a task is way stronger than you give credit.

And I thought since this is a "fan site or community" that there would be a lot of stakeholders here and the motivation would be high to decode this thing.

Apparently people undervalue their own thoughts and contributions and overvalue their emotional oppinions (in most forums).

Look, all I'm saying is that it isn't June 11th yet... and there's still time. Forget complaining, try... and add value; get your friends involved; people you know that like puzzles. This thing could be fun!

I'm in the US on the West coast. If we get this, I will not hesitate to go ot there, it would be fun to break the daily routinue and go out to Scotland (or where ever) for a unique event! And, if we don't get it... we can at least say we all sincerely tried...

Right on! I'm in the midwest, and I'm about 99.9% positive that there is no way I could possibly attend. That being said, a) I'm having an absolute blast working on cracking this thing, and discovering amazing things about numbers in the process, and b) there's always the chance I could hop a plane at the last second. Even if I can't go, this is precisely why I love being a part of the boc community.

I'd like to help, but I have a difficult time with numbers... I took algebra twice in high school and never passed it... have you guys tried cracking the code with an Ovaltine decoder ring??

Ok, it's nice that you think that. Why don't you post about it somewhere other than a thread meant for discussion about cracking the code, and not whether it's cool/stupid/etc. In fact, since you clearly can't figure out how to do it, I'd be more than happy to start a thread for discussing opinions about the code so that you don't shit up this thread with those opinions.

didnt you just add to it by ranting...harsh words...oh and so this isnt a none code breaking post i guess i better add that i i garuntee that we will find out what it is before you guys crack the code. i wish i knew what it was too, but seeing how the date that surrounds this stuff is coming up in a few days... i am almost positive we will find out what this mystery is before...
