They're having a sale right now and I thought cool, I'll get an Aphex shirt. I've only been a fan of his for the past 20 years so I should finally after all these years get a T. But they sold out of the Black Mediums and I started looking for something else. I came across some BOC shirts. They were green, blue, and black available. I ordered a Black one and mentioned it in a thread over at watmm. Someone Then told me "Black BOC T-shirts don't make sense... You should've gotten a Blue or Green one!"

My BoC shirt is black, so I think it's a good choice.

I'm not surprised there are people with strong opinions. This is the internet, after all.


I came in here to make a joke about "Why didn't you get the OoRange Boards of Canada shirt?" but couldn't quite figure out how to say it without coming off like a dick.

@ black shirt. Stereotypical band shirts are usually in black. Which is why I like to go for non black colors on band shirts.

I like the black shirts. I don't like loud colored t-shirts. But you're the one wearing it, get what YOU want.

It makes total fucking sense. They have a BLACK BOX on their website, man!

WATMM tends to be a place I occasionally browse for an hour every few months. It's community has some really bright, interesting aspects to it, but a lot of negative and peculiar ones as well. Rock that black BOC shirt.
