Might as well throw in another opinion here; I would say 'Radio Amour' is stunning, probably his most accessible, and a great place to start. Takes me far away.... 8)

This.

Start by Radio Amor . A friend of mine introduced me Song of the Highwire Shrimper, and then I was just looping the album ...

Brazilian here.

The team was just getting weak, right after Neymar was injured. Today, the team proved that they get weak even before the thickest situations. I mean, after those first 2 goals, everybody just got nervous, like if they forgot what the fuck they were supposed to do in there. And ...

Re: "A is to b as b is to c" How the f***

In the song close to the end, The sample that says "I'll be gone about a week. Oh, by the way, I brought..." can be played backwards and forwards and sound completely the same..... I'm having trouble figuring out how they achieved this. Can anyone shed some light on how they did this?

A couple ...

I have this idea about how TCH "completes" itself followed by Trans Canada in the same way that In a beautiful place "completes" Music has the right, and in the same way that Tomorrow's Harvest and Geogaddi have no EPs.

Yeah, people say that Geogaddi is an album that derivates stuff from Music has the right, but personally I can't see shit of it.

Used to put Telepath on repeat by around 50 times per day. I stopped when I listened the album 'til the end, sadly.

My mother. Kid For Today was once my alarm sound, so, one day, I had to leave my Android in my mother's bedroom, so that she could wake me up by early morning. And she did, but right after I woke up, she said "You should take off that sound you put, I got out the bed scared as hell".

Anybody think that this page is legit? http://www.discogs.com/user/Christian_Records

If you guys check those "in collection" pages on Discogs from BoC's old material, this "Christian_Records" has almost all of them. Any hints?

Also, from "Play By Numbers": http://www.discogs.com/master/stats/1849 ...

I had once this same idea of remastering: create another copy of the audiofile and duplicating the pitch to reach some specific high frequency sounds. You just did it with some huge patience. You have my respect =)

and whenever i hear the album i usually equate it to that morning.

Yea, it's such a good thing. Like... I usually listen to Geogaddi while on a evening, and it's senseful. I usually listen to Music Has the Right in silenced nights, and it's senseful. And now Tomorrow's Harvest makes sense in ...

8/10, great minimal, percussion focused track. Would be a good, heavy live track if they were to tour.

Dead Dogs Two (BoC remix)
7/10, fun listening and I guess they had fun producing it :)

Poppy Seed (Reprise) (Boards of Canada Remix)

They said that at least one song was made from old material if I'm not mistaken.

They were right in using these "at least" words. For example:

>Even when Skyliner is not old material, the same synth by 1m40 to end Skyliner is used through Reach for the Dead, apparently.

Well, there's some kind of voice in the right channel that starts in 1m06 and ends at 2m10, approximately. Quite hard to say, because it's well buried. Anyone?
