I think it's fantastic. It sounds like the big brother of "Opening The Mouth" to me, especially the last 60 seconds or so. I can see how it doesn't fit with their albums, but I still love this.
I love the now released 747. although I'm not sure it would fit into the geogaddi album, it still has the same geogaddi "sound" to it.... very washy sounding and psychedlic.
i'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that while it's not the best, it's certainly one of the most beautiful songs i've ever heard i think. it's the pulsing bass, all groovy n' shit, you know? maybe that's just what i'm into. this song is very similar to lots of trans canada to me. it reminds me of flying through a deep orange sky at sunset in slowmotion through big puffy clouds. some epic shit here.

Yeah your right!!!! I just thought that maybe whats takin them so long to release a boc-set is that they are going through all their works over the past 20 years and putting them together in 3/4 albums re-edited like 747, as in putting all the dark stuff together like their geog works together mixed with darker stuff from there past on one cd and lighter ambient stuff together on one cd and maybe guitary newer stuff on another.
Would take any other group maybe a year to do but we all know boc and them gettin it absolutely right before releases so maybe thats whats takin them forever to get it out as there is so much back cat...
Forget anything I said about this track being a mere wall of sound. The penny's just dropped and everything's fallen into place...it's wonderful. Boy, do I feel foolish

I like that description.
This track destroyed me last night on first listen. It took over and sent me back to when I was first getting into boc -- the shut out personal memories of that time and the nostalgia of this sound being new. And then how those sounds comforted me. Beautiful track..
