Dunno how much interest this will actually be, or even if someone has already posted this (at work so can't really get away with browsing a messageboard), but I'm just sourcing fonts for work and came across this:
http://www.1001fonts.com/font_details.html?font_id=3088
Useful perhaps? It's free anyway.

Good find.
This is a freeware font, though, it's probably a knock-off of the actual font used.

lol, why does the fact that it's a freeware font mean that it BoC
must've used a commercial font for the artwork?

Well, it doesn't have to be, but quite a free freeware fonts are just copies of well-known fonts from commercial foundries that predate computerized fonts.

It'd be good to have all the fonts in one place, so I made a wiki page for this: [wiki]Fonts[/wiki]
What other ones do we know off-hand?
EDIT: Added Bauhaus for the MHTRTC cover

These are useful for identifying fonts:
Identifont - identify a font by a series of questions based on distinguishing details
MyFonts' WhatTheFont - tries to identify a font by uploading a high-res sample
