It's still out of stock at HMV and I'm wondering whether I should cancel my order there and go elsewhere. Sods law it'll cost more everywhere else.
I thought Unheard wasn't going to be released elsewhere for a while (that's how I interpreted the Warp site wording) but didn't realise they meant several weeks only.

Yeah, I figured that as well, perhaps tomorrow already.cmx wrote:Ae, mine came today, so normally both you and fredd should be getting them this week as well. If not, we'll start a riot.

Will update you if I know something.

Well, the site stated that the 'Unheard vinyl is exclusive to this box set', so releasing it on a cd wasn't forbidden. It's good music, so why not get more money for it. Owning the box is a privilege in itself.. Just imagine all the Warp fanboys in about 10 to 15 years from now, going 'ooh I have a copy of the Warp Box Set' on their forums.

Apparently someone was at the door with a package but no one was at home to accept it but they will come back tomorrow. Since I'm not expecting anything else to arrive this must be the boxset.. At last.
Oh and a copy of Space Age Bachelor 1998 arrived, awesome

I had it for ages... but only got a turntable last week heh... so gave my first listen last night (been away for a few days) and loved it. Love the unheard Nighmares on Wax track, Plaid on the BOC unheard b-side... and ... ofcourse... 747... I had listened to that YouTube clip but it's a poor comparison. This is a beautiful song ;D Love the crazy amount of layers they're playing around with.... Seem to be a greater frequency of layers-in and layers-out all over the place, even in comparison to many tracks from Geogaddi. Can't wait for the new stuff now... I know I know, we've already been waiting for years... but fuckkit I don't care, it'll be here when it's here (...if that isn't a non-comforting tautology i dno what is)
