Just the same words about me :)
I am russian - i'm use to listen to the BoC, making the video and animation stuff on it.
I started to enjoy the BoC since the November of 2008 - yes - before i never heard this due :(
But now - during the all 2009 year - i almost know all about this wonderful band from those source like Bocpages and Twoism.org :D
Well - so soon i'll finish my main animation project to the BoC music.
As i am foreign friendly stanger - you have a chance to give me the questions about my country if you wish :)

Also you can see my previous works at the many sites were i am living :)

I hope that's all 8)

Hello you all!
I'm a 18-year old french BoC fan (from Lille, in northern France, to be more precise...). Got into them three years ago, by the same time I discovered Autechre. Hmm what more can I say... Music wise I listen to pretty much everything: experimental rock, electronic and hip hop music, non-experimental rock, electronic and hip hop music, etc... My favorite bands are Sonic Youth, Animal Collective, Autechre, Boards Of Canada (obviously), Mogwai, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Black Dice, Liars, Gang Gang Dance, Excepter, Clark, Broadcast, Tortoise and so on. Here's my last.fm page: http://www.last.fm/user/SyrFox/ :)
I also write music, both post-rock piano pieces and electronica tracks...
Well, that's all I guess :D

(oh and I'm an Earthbound fan, as you can guess from my avatar...)

Yes! I wish I could find a real copy, but it's hard to find, especially since it was not released in Europe...

I'm 13, tall(5'8''), My average talking range is around an A2(alot lower than most of my grade.) Though I actually have a falsetto voice.(I can sing all Radiohead songs in tune)
I have sound to color and color to sound synesthesia. I play piano, lead violin, lead percussion, and a lead baritone in choir, though apart from that, I also play flute, recorder, guitar, and bass guitar. I have absolute pitch. I write books, do constant poetry, and I love to film. I draw all the time. Mainly abstract, but my best is probably a recreation of the hands of God and Adam. I'm agnostic.

Here's an article on absolute tone http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Absolute_pitch

I am Tekmosis. I am not new here. I want to introduce myself, though. I like some things in life. I don't like some things in life, too. I'm not an interesting person. I like Boards of Canada, though. Boards of Canada makes me feel happy. So do my dreams at night. Those two things make me happy.

Hello hello

Post by MC-On-It »

I don't know how many girls are here, but I am one :D

I am from the east coast in the US, and I have loved BoC for quite some time. I am also a fan of David Firth, which is how I got introduced to BoC.

I draw, I paint, I design, and music is a constant through all of that. I love nature, hiking, running, swimming and just being outdoors.

I listen other names on the Warp record label including Flying Lotus, Bibio, Clark, Grizzly Bear, Hud Mo and Battles. http://www.last.fm/user/shimmeryshelly

Greetings!
