Favorite Aphex Twin Record
Couldn't find a thread on this made yet. I've always liked Aphex Twin but in the years I've taken to get used to his stuff, my appreciation for it has ballooned exponentially. Aphex is easily one of my favorite musicians.
So what's your favorite record?
Mine are probably SAW, SAWII, and maybe Druqks.
I'm listening to Metal Grating (SAWII disk 2 track 3) right now and it's blowing my mind.

Funny, beyong '4', 'boy/girl' and 'vordhosbn', I only really like his ambient or piano tracks. I wish he'd make more. Parallel stripes used to be my lullaby track.88marquis wrote:Rhubarb is a beautiful track no doubt.s7409651 wrote:SAW II and Drukqs

I like RDJ's music so much that picking just one of his albums would be like choosing my favorite child. Lately, I've been digging I Care Because You Do, and other stuff he was doing around that time, like the Ventolin EPs and Analogue Bubblebath 5. I listen to him so much I feel like revisiting each part of his discography is sort of like rotating tires so I don't wear it out. Luckily, he's got tons of stuff.
