My thoughts:
1)This is turquoise rectangles made of triangles and rhombuses if it will cut in a right angles :)
2)It's maybe stencil for searshing some kind of hidden message in the text, but where? )
3)I think that picture has something common with this SKAM picture from Hi scores album )
