oh, i just came up with a bunch of cool names for the new album!

Isolated receiver (too bad the song probably isn't real)
The middle of the milky way (hey, there's a black hole there!)
Sagittarius A (see name above)
welcome to Waco (branch davidian related)
Old Tunes remastered, v1+2 (we can only hope! )

for some odd reason, I keep on thinking that their new album's name is going to be space related. huh, maybe it will be

The new album will be called Scallywag Curmudgeon and will be heavily influenced by world music.

I really do think it'll have a world music influence though because the WHY? remix had quite a bit of that going on. Sounded pretty excellent too.

I don't care what the new title is, as long as I can rip off the style and self-publish an album with a saturated picture of a tree on the front.

It will be called Sky Rhombus Sun Annexe.

Raw meaning, not over produced, not mastered, meaning one take on most songs, ect.

This was a concept behind Headphasers was it not? That it may sound like a mysterious cassette mix found on the dashboard of a Datsun 280z? This is almost state of these Old Tapes dubs. It would be kinda ironic to demand masters, considering the Boards project (as I understand it).

I couldn't really understand what you wrote. All I was saying is that The Old Tunes tapes are called Old Tunes for a reason, cause it is early BoC. Now, it has an "Old Sound" it sounds badly dubbed on most songs, which I like. I myself would not want them to remaster their old music because it's sounds great the way it is, I do not need an overproduced version of them. Just like those new Beatles remasters that just came out, they sound like shit, I hate em.
