I've grown in love with Tim & Eric over the past few months, I introduced it to some of my friends (not many folk have heard of it here in the UK) and they said it was some of the funniest stuff they've ever seen. So hyped for the new season! Get Sexy Kids!

Just realised the bit where Dr. Steve Brule is talking about wine, it's been used in a track, anybody know what it is?

Totally agree. Their attempt at being "SNL Funny" kind of backfired. I mean, I got the joke, but the Jim and Derrik episode really delivered on the parody level.turquoise70 wrote:purdy funny. but they've done better i thinkhope they return to their usual format next week.
Morning Meditations was amazing, but not quite as amazing as the Afternoon Review sketches.
OMG I CAN'T WAAAAIIIT for next Sunday!

Probably one of the weirdest shows I've ever seen..
but almost in a good way.
i love the sort of early/mid 90's television feel (also, late 80's).
kinda weird though. i looked up "cinco ads" on youtube, and i ended up coming across a certain video that i watched for about 3 minutes before i realized it wasn't actually a cinco ad, it was a little spanish children's song about 5 ducks.
i just couldn't bring myself to believe that tim and eric wouldn't have made that.

Well said. I think they're at their best when they're in they're own whacked-out element. the Jim and Derrik one was spot-on, but I could go another cinco or seis seasons without seeing another direct parody of another kind of TV show.mechanismj wrote:Totally agree. Also agreed. When they're in their own element, there are no limitations on how bizarre things can get.turquoise70 wrote:Well said.
