this is one of my favorite songs from this album. there are better ones's imo, but I couldn't find them on youtube or anything.

yeah some of this stuff is so powerful.
zones without people and russian mind are out of this world epic.
track 2 on russian mind is this intense 10 minute synth scape. it's ambient but so epic at the same time.

hell yeah, rifts is one of the best purchases i've made in a while! three amazing albums plus an albums-worth of rarities. A+ all the way. I listened to both discs two times in a row yesterday.

YES! I just bought Rifts. Best electronic purchase I've made in at least half a year!! Wow this is so beautiful! It doesn't seem clicked hopelessly into what's going on in electronic music these days - one of the things that I always loved about BoC when i first got into them (yes, I know I helped destroy that by borrowing elements of their style for my music... oops).

however I haven't received my new CvsJ disc yet, so we'll see who wins

Really nice! It's like the early 70's pioneers like Tangerine Dream, Klaus Schulze, and Synergy, except not as cheesy prog-rock sounding....and much more hypnotic. 'When I Get Back From New York' is a seriously trance inducing track.

Physical Memories is seriously one of the most amazing chord progressions since ever. This song gives me the same intense, deep, shaking vibrations that like... Happy Cycling did the first time I ever heard and really felt impacted by it BoC. But different, of course. Like I'm trapped inside a computer that's on LSD.

I've fallen in love with this guys music. Went on Discogs and managed to obtain most of the known releases. Now I wanna listen to warbled cassettes, watch VHS and play video games with giant pixels. Truly inspiring stuff!
