I'm not sorry you're ripping on her. I think a lot of the hate she gets from BoC fans is rabid and undeserved. But the fact is, she did do a pretty crummy job with their track, and she doesn't seem to give them the credit they deserve for how huge a part of it.

I think a lot of people where underwhelmed at first by The Campfire Headphase.
I think it's safe to say now that TCH's many subtleties have emerged with repeated listening, and many regard it as their personal favorite album.

Maybe for early fans, but TCH blew me away and got me into the band big time. Also, the track corsair so totally got me musically that I knew they weren't a one trick pony.

No, no. At this rate, continental drift will have seen the Eurasian plate collide with the Western USA seaboard, and a couple of ice ages come and go, before they get an album out...

I'm thinking actually, how will we find out about the latest release? I haven't been on the forums long enough to discover the process, but where does the first official word come from, MDG to the forums, or a warp e-mail or something?

The only word worth believing is an announcement from Warp, which I'm guessing would come before any mention on their own site.
