just thought i'd let a friendly reminder go out that, assuming the title is the date of it's creation or maybe completion, 5.9.78 was made 32 years ago.

Yeah, I think this song is about a day in their life something special happened. Why would you name a song after the day you made it on?

And yes, I think it's about 5 September 1978, because of the English notation.

you never know. they did live in canada for a while... how do they write their dates?
