it's a regular party with dj's and live acts... they'll perform a live show and will promote their new album so I guess they'll mainly be playing their new album mixed with some older tracks... I guess and hope

I also doubt the authenticity of this, with all the fake leaks and reviews going around at the moment. If it is for real I will envy Fredd-E for all my days, lucky bastard! The thought actually crossed my mind of buying a plane ticket and flying all the way around the world for this. Ya know it's not every day that Boc plays live and it would sure be an experience I will never forget. Let's just hope for all of us Yanks, they will play in the states.

I've been to the Planet Mu night by the very same organisation and yes Muziq, Chevron, Luke Vibert, Barry Lynn, ... where all there at the party.

Boards of Canada, to us, is very special but to other people it's just some name on a flyer... so don't make such a big fuzz about it.

They will play in Roeselare. fo'real

If that is real, then it is quite good news. It does beg the question though, of whether or not more shows are to come.

Yeah Derail, flying to Europe exclusively for this show--especially if no others are announced--is not out of the question.
I could easily justify a little credit card action for such a trip...

I am usually responsible about money, but there are few ocassions where maxing out a cretit card would be in order. If there are no other dates announced by the end of October, I might just have to go!

I live in San Francisco. I just did a quick glance at tickets and they are about $800-1000.

I was thinking the same thing though, if that looks like the only date on the horizon...off to Belgium it is!

My sister lives in San Fran, the Lower Haight District I believe. Those tickets are not as expensive as I thought, I was thinking more like $1500. But it could vary considering I live in Pittsburgh. I don't want to get to ahead of myself, but this is very exciting. I have a good feeling they will announce more dates.

I live just a few blocks of Haight myself... if you're ever out this way visiting, we'll have to hook up and chill.

It does sound like some more dates will be released, with the rumors on WATMM and now this. At least a couple NY shows or something for the kids out here.

Yeah definately man, she's been wanting me to come out and visit for a long time now. As soon as I get some funds the plans will be in the works.
