DEVO
I don't know if there are any Devo fans on this board, but last night I fulfilled a life long dream that I never thought would actually happen... Seeing Devo live in concert. Being only 28, I figured my chances were long gone. But I saw them in Dallas last night, and they were absolutely amazing.
My point on posting this here is that the only other band I would love to see live, but would not be surprised if I never got the chance, is BoC.

Devo is totally bitchin'... well... it all went downhill after the "Oh No! It's DEVO!" album. They lost their classic sound.
Still, remember back when BOC's contact page used to read, "Are you tired of the soup du jour?" A line from the classic track, "Smart Patrol/ Mr. DNA". So, this kind of has something to do with BOC afterall!

If they had intention to make some lives and i had 20000 pounds (30000 euros) i would book them... that is their price, not so much...

Next time I'm down there we should have a "texas twoism" get together or something. It's good to know that there is a clump of the community somewhere outside of europe.wwbjd wrote:Damnit.
Missed the concert last night.. had a couple of co-workers who went.. and had a blast.
Soo many people from Dallas on here!

I've been a DEVO fan since '78, but have never seen them live.ryetronics wrote:I don't know if there are any Devo fans on this board, but last night I fulfilled a life long dream that I never thought would actually happen...
