My tribute to BoC at work

I've always been memorized by the various retro "polaroid" type artwork BoC has consistently used on all its releases.

At work, (I work in an IT dept) I found one of these classic old Commodore 1702 monitors that I'm sure virtually everyone has come across at some point in their lives. Upon finding this wonderful treasure, I immediately set it up in my cubicle and downloaded most of the images from bocpages (minus some of the pictures of tracklists and CDs). 300+ images total.

So here I present you with the most ludicrous digital picture frame ever.. all a tribute to BoC and their art. This nostalgic presentation cycles through these 300+ images every 5 seconds.

Wow. That is really great! I've been planning on doing something like that with all those 'NFB' images on bocpages and play some Old Tunes tracks over them. You beat me to it!

But what at work have people said?

I use the NFB images exclusively as wallpaper on my phone, cycling every 30 minutes as the wallpaper, which largely inspired this 'project'. I've been using my profile pic for pretty much everything that involves a profile pic for quite a long time now.

Fair call on the electricity drain, however, it is off 95% of the time... it's not a "picture frame on the wall" type thing, and that old skool monitor doubles as a linux terminal which I use quite a bit for the work I do. More a fun project to do when I was bored since I was excited about finding that monitor in the first place.
